Alright. McClain and Fua should fill the interior. Anyone else glad to have a Samoan on the squad? It sounds like we are gonna keep D-Will around but if we were shopping him.

Taiwan Jones - runs a 4.29 but does not shy away from contact. Reminds me of Chris Johnson.

If Smitty is for real about leaving.

Edmond Gates - 4.28 fast. Same school that produced Johnny Knox. Small school but Gates is talented and has produced.

Dwayne Harris - Lots of folks like him. As do i. Actually reminds me of Smith.

If they want to develop a young TE.

Luke Stocker and Jordan Cameron are still on the board.

Offensive line. With Bowers and Clayborn joining the Buccs protecting Cam is important. So... Either a LG in Clint Boling. Or a RG with Marcus Cannon. Cannon is huge and was dominant at TCU. Boling has played lots of LT and is a picture of consistency on the Bulldog OLINE.

Now to the biggest hole when Richard Marshall leaves. I will just rank these guys since the thread is long.

1. Davon House - New Mexico State

2. Jalil Brown - Colorado

3. Brandon Burton - Utah

And my top player available is Greg Jones of MSU.

    • There probably isn’t an orthopedic surgery that has had more improvement in technique and outcomes over the last two decades than the acl repair. Because of its importance in pro sports and the sheer number that surgeons do there have been lots of opportunities to practice 1. Better techniques - arthroscopic v open surgery means people heal faster  2. More training - all sports med surgeons have tons of experience doing them 3. better imaging - later generations of mri are more sensitive  4. better therapy - PTs have gotten better at rehabbing them and the theories of rehab have improved a lot. No idea about brooks in particular tho, but I’d describe that overall situation as “not great”
    • If Freeling or either of the Utah OTs dropped to 19 I'd be more than happy honestly. Our OT situation isn't great with an aging Moton at RT and a mess of a situation at LT if Walker goes down at any point in time.  What I'm expecting the Panthers to do is probably draft another weapon like Sadiq or KC Conception. That's been their track record in drafting R1 thus far. None of the defensive talent projected to be around 19 stands out to me. Unless they just want to draft a LB early (Rodriguez,  CJ Allen, Anthony Hill, Jake Gollday).
