not really, I grew up in a tough neighborhood, so I think internet bashing is a classic example of making insults and at the same time feeling comfortable in and secure in front of a laptop at home.

Indeed, some of these blokes need to be Welcomed to our Jungle

Didn't even realize I was posting to a RagingBull thread, just responding to a thread (I don't tend to look at the poster per sey). RagingBull and I have had a bit of a problem lately and while that means nothing to me, it seems to mean something to him, but that's OK. that's what the internet is...

Ha, you and me have had some spats in the past, but I understand you now and you do to me as well. There may be some fights in the future, but they'll not be between us...

How do you figure that? How does one quantify that from a post and why do you even think that way. Why can't you just respond without putting on a little show?

Your thread was laughable and you were whining. There is no problem here just don't act like your poo doesn't stink and nobody can disagree with you.

Unfortunately there aren't too many posters who have not taken issue with my comments in the past. I agree with you about the future. I don't even know this Raging Bull but he seems to be hell bent on NOT having controversy and NOT being disagreed with but truly enjoys posting on anonymous forums.

Too me that is just too funny.

Okay this right here states that you never knew what you were talking about here in the first place.

Somehow Raskle, I think the fact that you can make your point without slinging disparaging remarks around constantly got lost in the translation somewhere. I guess everybody just wanted to act like a bitch because they've got Man PMS. That's why a lot of posters who've actually written things of substance don't post much.

Tell me how you got that I wanna make my point unchallenged from this.

Whine? We all whine. The fans whine at the coaches/players/FO. The other fans whine at the fans' whining. I whine at the fans' whining at the fans whining. And right now, you're even whining.

Ok maybe I am wrong but wasn't the main point of RB's OP to say that it is irritating to be simply told "NO IT ISN'T GONNA HAPPEN" instead of getting discussion when someone posts a scenario?

      There was no reason to believe in either Cam or Jake as a top tier elite QB before those seasons either. Cam was an "athletic" QB in most people's minds and his passing skills were open for debate. And there was a bit to that as he was still trying to get that massive power in his arm tamed to be able to put some touch on his passes. And then, he did it. Missiles became bombs, the firing lanes became points of finesse. Cam grew up and leveled up, while still retaining the ability and drive to truck people whenever he wanted. And Jake... no one freaking believed in Jake except Jake himself. He got, and let's be honest with this, one chance in a losing game to make something out of his career. And he rose to the occasion like some kind of mythical hero and continued to do so for the season. He became a true leader for the team, and his gunslinger capabilities rehabbed Moose's career and created Smitty as a force in the league. Smitty went from a barker to a biter. But no one believed in Jake going in. And they trashed him on his way out. Now Bryce... who knows? I've seen some improvement. Maybe he finds his footing. His teammates seem to love and respect him and that means a lot. The game should be moving at his speed now. He has weapons available to him and maybe a defense that doesn't just roll over by the third quarter. And his coach seems to be moving this team in the right direction. Could he do it? It's up to him, if he can find the magic like Jake and Cam did. But don't doubt this, magic is really, really hard to find.
