i don't think he's counting on the level of suck that washington, cincy, or esp. seattle is bringing this year.

imo, the battle for 1st pick is going to be between carroll and harbaugh. seems fitting.

I disagree. I see no reason indicating that the Seahawks will be fighting for the #1 pick.

If you said the Bengals and the 49ers then maybe but not eh Seahawks.
