I don't know how much he would change if he gets larger fanbase. But I do know that he absolutely hates his most recent album, because most of it was stuff that his record label wanted him to write to make him more mainstream. For example, the record label wanted Lupe to make a "love" song; which is what "words I never said" sounded like if you listen to the chorus. But Lupe spins it a different way with the verses. In Lupe I Believe.
