I think $200 in "damages" would fall under...

Legal would be suing. Nothing more. There is also no way to make up a formula for what 200 dollars would be worth.

It does not cost 200 dollars to click a button that says terminate account , because once you do .. EVERYTHING is erased including whatever i did to the server until it is reactivated.

Well according to their policy, they arent required to reactivate your acct anyway.

Nor are they required to suspend it , but they do that anyway .. it's still a matter of principle if it was a problem I still should have been informed beforehand and could have done something about it and taken a temporary ban or something .. not oh hey yea we dont know if it was you or anything but you're banned forever unless you feel like paying such and such.

I have blamed me... and the corporation , then said hypothetically that they did not know whether it was me or someone else and acted too quickly thus causing me to get mad and rip them off.

As far as all the trophies go there is a trick on youtube to get a trophy for anything I can get all of them back , I was just mad at how flawed the system is . Especially since it says " online experience not rated by esrb " which means anything can happen its not our problem .. then they go and make it their problem anyway.

And when/if they console ban you for stealing software, whose fault that be? $1000 in theft is a crime genius, i dont think id be bragging about it on a public forum. Thats assuming that youre capable of stealing $1000 in software to begin with.

Describe how since we wanna be technical.. If I violated the online games tos why am I being banned from an entirely different one ? I didn't send anybody dick pictures .. they were required to play that online game to find it. To note to call me dumb is ignorant in a sense because you think it costs 200 dollars to click a button on a computer screen.

Its sonys network. Their tos trumps any 3rd party softwares. And it doesnt "cost" $200 to push a button, but thats what they decided you breaking the rules will cost.

You violated sonys tos. They banned u, not the makers of cod. Still you try to justify by bringing up irrelevant issues. Jesus

And you just said yourself that is due to him having a damn good roster around him and they are well coached. You're even saying the bad baker is still there somewhere, but he is in a good organization with good roster and coaching that they are getting the best out of him. Why does Baker and Sam get all that benefit of the doubt but when it comes to Bryce it must be a BY9 problem, not an org or team problem?  Hell I got a guy below you arguing with me that Chark/Hurst/Mingo sucked because Bryce wouldn't throw them open. It's ridiculous how far the stretch goes.

      Correct.  It’s really hard to get open in the NFL when opposing defenses gameplan and cheat coverage/routes on all your players because they know your QB can’t make certain throws/plays.   magically no one that comes to Carolina can get open or make plays with the ball in their hands…..it’s like there is one singular common dominator to it all.  BY makes playing defense way too easy.   NFL players are too good to allow one side to cheat coverage and not respect all the potential threats of a route  so you can dial up a great play.  But if corners and safeties just cheat coverage and know X and Y happening on route/threats….getting open gets hard when they just play it one way.  Getting open has a lot to do with the different threats a WR can pose on a given play.

      Kinda depends how you look at it both were 3rd round draft pics.  Nico was nothing before stroud and tank came in with stroud.  If both were on the panthers would young have them doing well and starting or would their stats be low.  I really dont know the answer to that.  None of the panthers wrs have left and did well either but personally i feel neither of nico or tank would do much on the panthers.
