Its sonys network. Their tos trumps any 3rd party softwares. And it doesnt "cost" $200 to push a button, but thats what they decided you breaking the rules will cost.

Exactly and whatever they want me to pay money fine justify it and make me pay what it's worth otherwise they can live with dicks being drawn all over cod because there was a porn emblem in every other game i played online while I had it. So if they don't wanna play fair then they lose out.

Every issue I brought up is relevant in making a decision to ban someone , they just skipped every step other than looking at the emblem because they are a lousy corporation.

Sony says theyll ban you for posting (or having posted from your passworded account) dick drawings, which you proceed to do. Sony suspends your account. You get mad. Everything after that is irrelevant

Well what if im a horrible artist (which i am ) and it comes out looking like a rectangle with 3 white rain drops (which it did) .. whos to say thats not exactly what it is ? I dont know .. nobody asked they just banned? No matter how you look at it you can't justify banning someone without inspecting and talking to said person first then expect money from them.As it would have been magically easy to lie my way out of that one because as said it was horrible artistry.

Id be more pissed at whoever reported you.

Theres no way to know as they wouldn't even tell me who was on my friends list so people that I only know by psn I just lost contact with forever which is pretty fuged up in my opinion that they couldn't just email the email for my account the friends i had.
