In all honesty, I'm just as hesitant to give a guy a raise after one good game as I am to bench or cut him after a bad one.

He looked good last night. If he continues to look good through a solid playoff run, he'll have earned a raise. How much of one? That's the big question.

Those false starts are soo damn frustrating. It's hard for me to judge Offensive linemen, but most of what I've seen has been stupid penalties from him. The only OL I noticed recently was Otah on Monday. I saw him steamroll guys. I think OL is a position sort of like CB, where the less your number and name is mention is a indication that you're doing a good job.
