What im saying is we could draft him and try to get the best offer for him after.

Ex: Panthers draft Richardson, Bengals starts to panic and offer their two first round pick for him and with those pick we draft Devon Still and Jenoris Jenkins!

Since they would know we don't want a RB they would low ball us.
