On that team Bosh should be rebounding at a much higher rate but he's 43 in the league for rebound rate which doesn't cut it when they have no one else inside.

If that's the case, why isn't Dirk rebounding?

And I can tell you why Bosh isn't rebounding, his name is LBJ. Not many SFs rebound like him.

I know this. Just saying, if Bosh wants to drop the "soft" label he needs to rebound better. Dirk has never been a prolific rebounder, nothing new there.

The point is they are two different types players. I am not making a case for Bosh, just stating that Bosh rebounds better than Dirk and can't discount him for that.

On NBATV, NY and DEN are playing, Melo's old team.

Melo is a selfish player, what do you expect?

No I realize that. He shoots a lot but sometimes he is on and sometimes he bails you out, which he did on occasion in this game. This was something different, in that Amar'e didn't shoot the ball in the 4th or either of the OTs. Just bad offense.

    • I’m not talking about when they started to do some CYA. The quote was about Frank and Fitterer being in lock step. That was said in press conferences right after the draft and before mini-camps. The other guy gave me a huge post on why Reich is awesome. He’s doing exactly what I mentioned for the excuses. Bottom line is that, yes, I believe there’s more truth to those early press conferences than to current day gut feelings and post-Reich/Fitterer firing rants trying to CYA. Could it all have been lies? Sure, but nothing has actually come out proving it. Believe me and I promise don’t hold as much weight as actual spoken words after the draft/before Young snapped a ball as a Panther. Again, look at the PG poo. To this day, people still think Tepper in May saying PG means that Tepper made the pick himself even though the OC discussed QBs as PGs with a team reporter 3 months before Tepper regurgitated a snippet of that.
    • Weirdly think there's a better chance we pull off the upset with Dalton. Canales might call some plays that he didn't trust Bryce with, and if we can get a halfway decent Dalton game (and run the hell out of the ball), I think we can stay in it.  The Bills offense seems like hot garbage this year and then gets hot in spurts. Josh's scrambling is the biggest issue, if we can contain Cook.
    • I would go with we are in famine now, with those guys it was feast or maybe TV dinners with the occasional famine. 7-9 was the running joke when predicting the record for well over a decade.
