Here's a copy on a black background for those interested...

The more I look at it, the more I like it.

If you take out the blue strip in the right eye and modify the large blue mouth outline (reminds me of Bubba from Forest Gump), it would be perfect. I actually don't mind the mouth being all black with an smaller blue outline for the chin (like the current logo). Love the new logo btw. Very up-to-date and fierce.

Like the idea, but the helmet appears almost grey in comparison with the black logo (maybe just the photo). If you could match a similar shade of black (like the backdrop from CatMan72's logo rendition), it would look fierce.

Well, I guess that's a matter of personal opinion, no matter what they come up with somebody will not like it.

Silver should still be the helmet color. They just need to update the stripes like the logo.

More and more teams are going with the matte helmet look but I think it works better in college. I wouldn't be upset with a white helmet.

That logo might look okay with the Jags current helmet. It's pretty awesome, even with our cheap looking uniform.

I doubt this is a new logo... probably just something Nike did to create public interest... and I believe it has been said in another thread that there is no plan to change the current logo (I don't see JR going for something new and hip, either)... but, I can't stand a few of the changes in this concept everyone is talking about (mostly the jawline and the eye areas), so I decided to make a hybrid of the new concept and the original logo. If it were something like this, I wouldn't be upset, but I stand by the original 1995 logo.

I still think this change is happening. No way the team and league would approve a logo as a one-off. It's tougher to get the NFL to approve apparel than it is to import something into Brazil.

those helmets are teal-ish, not black.

i like our old logo, but our uni's could use a tweaking.
