“Without a doubt, there’s already interest,” said Mark Tatum, NBA executive vice president of global marketing partnerships, outside the league’s annual All-Star Technology Summit that was held at Orlando’s Waldorf-Astoria. “It’s certainly not automatic, but if we do it, it would be a big deal, so we are spending a lot of time evaluating.”

Added Sal LaRocca, NBA executive vice president of global merchandising: “The good news is that Adidas has a lot of experience with this from their football (soccer) business. We continue to talk internally about the best way to approach the market, determining whether having sponsored logos on jerseys would be incremental or just a diversion of money that would go somewhere else. We’re trying to balance a lot of constituencies.”

The issue gets even stickier. Remember that the NBA is still the only major American sports property without any logo on its game uniform other than its own — Adidas has logos only on NBA warm-ups. • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
