Both your halfbacks hurt?

Recommended Posts

I seen they are missing OTAs with hamstring (D) and ankle (Stew) injuries. I didn't know they were hurt. Anyone know how serious their injuries are?.. could that possibly have played into the Panthers abandoning the run against the Cardinals?

Just been months since there was football going on and Double Trouble is hurt.. trying to make sense of how...

I really hope the Bucs trade down and land either Peria Jerry or Michael Johnson. I think there is a good chance one of them will be there in the later 20s and give us some ammunation to get a 2nd round pick for the K2 trade.

I'm pretty pumped up and imma be pissed if we grab Freeman at #19, really hope he's gone by then.

    • I mean, I think you're being a little hyperbolic with the last statement, but point taken.
    • Pass rush was the biggest issue in tonight’s game, and we were tied for 28th in sacks this season. That is a major area of need that has to get addressed this offseason. I just don’t see a path where there’s a game changing QB you can bring in with where we are drafting and quality of veterans that will be available. We certainly can do better than Dalton as a backup, and should ideally have a developmental guy  (perhaps a day 3 pick this year). We have bryce for one more year on a reasonable contract and then I think 2027 is the year that you reset that position (unless he massively improves).
    • Agreed, honestly basically bringing this group back as a healthy unit would be alright.  Brady Christensen should be resigned to a very reasonable deal with him recovering from the Achilles.  Atleast we're alright at 4 of our 5 spots with Lewis, Mays, Hunt, and Moton, Nijman was decent.  While if we can snag a deal on someone, take a stab, however our resources need to go to Linebacker, Pass Rush and a real option outside Tmac (coker is amazing, but if we can get someone who isnt braindead opposite Tmac, we can fully unleash Coker AND Tmacs full potential, cant move him into the slot if racoon boy is out there licking doorknobs).
