2011 Offseason - will haunt this franchise

It is what it is.....some of it is hindsight and there isn't much you can do about that. But the moves made in 2011 are going to drastically hurt this team now and in the near future.

*DeAngelo Williams - big extension - for a non key player

*Charles Johnson - big extension - not that type DE to justify it

*Jon Beason - big extension - major injury - hindsight - 2 yrs in we have gotten nothing but missed games and poo play

*Charles Godfrey - big extension - for a backup S we like to think is a starter

James Anderson - big extension - for a decent player

That was the bulk of the "core" Hurney loves to talk about we build around....lot invested their. Kalil and Smith looking like sold moves.....that isn't a good ratio. Overpaid core....that doesn't live up to the investment will cost the team big.

It's not the players.

Its the Coaches for not knowing how to utilizes their players.

Our group of players are just as good, if not better than Denver or 49ers.

Foxy and Harbaugh utilizes their players at their strength.

And they go for the kill even when they're up. They dont run the stupid option read when we're down 2tds.

The 2011 Hiring of Our Coaches is going to "haunt" us, not the signing of our players.

Healthy combo.....doesn't help Hurney is building a roster to do X and a staff wants to do Y

    • Your intelligence is artificial.
    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
    • Proper stud that would look even better if they could upgrade Scott. And get a resemblance of pressure on the QB
