Once you register, and it is really easy to join, build your portfolio by clicking the trading button and enter the name of a company, the company's sign, ETF, commodity, or fixed income fund.

The game is open to all symbols in the major indexes, exchanges, and to all securities.

You start out with a million dollars, and you can borrow another million on the margin, just remember all borrowed funds are subject to interest fees.

You can also "short" an investment. If you think a particular investment will lose value, a short is betting on this loss. If the investment loses value, your short investment will show as gains in your portfolio.

Each trade is $10 (in virtual money of course) to be as realistic as possible. The three month time period represents a hybrid economic quarter. Happy trading.
