Pistons Trade Brandon Knight to Bucks for Brandon Jennings

Worried Brandon Jennings will shoot them out of a bunch of games and the pick is top 8...maybe Chauncy will curb that a bit.

Detroit is a Playoffs team no question ask unless injuries derail them. They are easily the 6th best team in the East as of right now on paper.

PG: Billups/Jennings

SG: Stuckey/Caldwell-Pope

SF: Smith/Singler

PF: Monroe

C : Drummond

That pick is ours.

Anyone see who else the Pistons gave up? I saw it was reported that it was two other players, but they weren't named.

Brandon Jennings for Brandon Knight and contracts of Middleton and Kravstov is the complete deal construction

Nobody that matters.

    • There is quote from Canales somewhere when we hired him.  He was blunt he isn't some creative mind.  He was going to come in here and do X......and that was going to be closer to Foxball than anything we have seen.   And that largely has held true.   It's why he REALLY needs that Jake Delhomme type.  Baker was that.  The downfield gunslinger.   Big plays exist in his O.   You need a gambling QB to go make them downfield.  Bryce pulled the trigger once this week.  But he is just bad at it.  It was that Tmac deep ball that ended up being a PI.  Tmac had his dude beat.  That was the homerun ball this O sets up.   But Bryce underthrew it.  Tmac had to slam on the breaks and come to a full stop and wait for it.    Those just aren't Bryce's throws.    Sure we got the PI.  Some might celebrate that aspect.  But that throw highlights Bryce doesn't make those throws well.  Your WR shouldn't have to come to a complete stop and wait....when he has the guy clearly beat for the over the top play.  That's what the entire thing sets up.  Bryce rarely takes the shot.  When he does, it's generally not a great ball.
    • Sorry to hear that man. Keep that chin up, Panthers aren't worth taking up any headspace. You got this
    • Kinda of like when Hurney went on a GM search as a consultant and the best candidate he found was himself, lol!
