Pretty good! Sounds like he and Jordan are both done at the end of the season which has me concerned. What are we going to do with all the free agents? I mean we signed like 53 one year deals.  :phew:

 

i think Gettleman set it up to ship out Rivera and a lot of players so whoever he hires next year will be able to build around the pieces he wants.. hence the Shula hire instead of bringing in a legit OC

 

 

but back to the matter at hand: i love Gross and these interviews.. A+

you feel like you know these guys a little more

      I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.

      Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
