Pass Rush

I felt like they just physically beat us up front. When the ball was snapped the O line stayed at the line of scrimmage and brees dropped 3 steps and threw it. First off we coudlnt get thru, and it was gone by the time anyone could of went around. You give 5-10 feet of zone he will throw it and hit his guy. Our coaching staff has to realllllly study that game. Screens killed us as well. I would like to see Hardy or someone off the line come off to the side on supected screens to get a hand on them or atleast slow him down. those big chunks of yards are something we havent done and couldn't defend

I ain't even looking for the "punched us in the mouth" bit here...there's no need to offer anything like that, and it's not like a team's fan base should be expected to make even a mild "supplication" to an opponent on their own board.  Just not the same tired "the refs stole it from us" or "they cheated against us" that gets so old so fast.

You have my respect even though there is no earthly reason whether you have my respect or not should make the least bit of difference to you.

lets be really real here. When we beat the Pats and we beat them square there was a no call leg whip which our best defender still hasnt fully recovered from but all the media talked about for 6 fugging days was how Luke Kueckly stole the game from Brady.  Now reverse rolls.......all the media would have talked about was how the Pats beat the panthers and Tom Brady had yet another game winning drive with maybe a slight mention of the leg whip. this is a fact.

Your team had the misfortune of a hurricane destroying the town and you became americas lil sweathearts and that still lingers. Good luck in the playoffs...you wont be beating us again this year that I know for sure.

    • Two things: 1. Dr. Eric Eager is central to the draft process 2. I know that it was edited, but we didn't hear "Thieneman" one time, not even before the Vikings pick.
    • Why would he sign here as a guard when surely someone would sign him as a tackle?  Assuming he is healthy
    • Went back to watching the highlights. With a sober mind haha. Here is what I saw.    freddie needs to make 1 of those but the rest aren’t on him.    Slavin was BBBBAAAD again last night. Not sure what is going on with these game one Slavin gafs.    miller was ok but had his worst game in the playoffs so far.    nikishin was no good. His his awful turnover led to the first goal at the end of the first period that just can’t happen. ghost was beat like a drum multiple times last night, including the go-ahead goal at the end jarivs wont shoot. He is either hurt or he is struggling mentally and I think it could be a combination of both. He passed up a wide open net on the power-play only to pass it to no one and cleared it himself.     Svech played well. He is getting zero help on that line.    aho. Worst game as a pro. I mean that. He won’t shoot it, passes go to no one and turns it over repeatedly.  He did exactly what they did against Montreal game one when Miller had a turnover. Aho left his man to go help and left the golden Knight player wide open in front of Freddie.  If I was Rod, you Tell Aho when that thing hits your stick you fire it  someone needs to sit him down just him in a room and ask what’s going on. He seems soft, timid and has zero fire.   canes could have won that game   There isn’t a gap between these two teams  they are dead even   Carter Hart’s gonna get lit up in this series. We can beat that guy. the consensus last night was our defense played horrible and our stars won’t score.  clean the defense up. Tell the top line to shoot it everything and we’ll win tomorrow night.   Possibly convincingly.
