Charlotte has finally won the battle against the extreme ego and arrogance named David Stern, who in his ignorance, stuck a dagger in the hearts of Hornets fans. This is all we ever wanted. R E S P E C T

Big thanks to John Morgan, huddlers like Diddy and the rest who fought for this in the face of resistance from skeptics and Bobcat lovers.

Bobcats were never our team, not our colors, not our logos, not our mascot. We are not easily fooled or placated. This is the Hornets Nest of rebellion.

A pretty logo isn't going to make our roster any better or our front office any less incompetent. This is like Philip Morris or AIG rebranding themselves to get rid of their negative images. 

Yes winning will do wonders for long lasting popularity, but the Bobcats name had gone hand in hand with suck for so long that it was probably tarnished beyond repair.   A winning hornets will have much better attendance than a winning bobcats team.  The name change isn't everything, but it's a good start.

I've been to quite a few Bobcats games supported the team had the jerseys. I've been buzzing all weekend! THE best weekend in Charlotte sports history!

I've got nothing against they guy in the suit at all but when I first saw Rufus in person he looked like a guy in a cheap orange Teddy bear suit Rufus was poorly conceived. I'm so glad to get Hugo back.

MJ is doing great so far. We're getting the Hive back y'all!!! The uniforms are next! Can't be happier. Can't wait.
