The Australian woman found the large snake curled up in the animal’s outdoor kennel, with her dog’s chain still dangling from its mouth.

She had chained her ‘possum-sized’ Chihuahua-Maltese cross inside the kennel, to stop it disturbing native wildlife, leaving it unable to escape from the hungry python.

Not so sure a bigger dog will help. That thing could eat a mastiff.

Had that been my dog, I'd torture that python for three days and then make some nice boots for myself.
