Ugh. That's dreadful. LB in the second and no WR until the 5th and then the next Hernandez in the 6th?

Ugh I agree that was ugly.

If you put the CB in the 2nd and had the #28 be OBJ or Cooks or something then yea... it'd work.

1. Jason Verrett CB

2. Chris Borland LB

3. Cameron Fleming OT

4. James Hurst OT

5. Kevin Norwood Wr

6. Colt Lyerla TE

7. Corey Brown WR

Your 3rd-7th are fine its rounds 1/2 that need to be addressed.

1. KB, Cooks, OBJ (best WR left)

2. Verrett or Joyner if he was there (Baptiste if there is a run on corners)

Rest looks great.

Norwood could be one of those sleeper guys that can jump in like Kenny Stills or Kembrell Thompkins. ]{b]He seems to me like a Jordan Matthews-lite. Saw that his pro day went well too, so maybe he's creeping up into the 4th round now.

Funny you should say that. According to CBS their pro comparisons are the same guy- Earl Bennett

I like corey brown.

What do you like about Corey Brown?  I don't know much about him but he is short and slow by short people standards...4.5 at 5'11 and not an impressive vert at 33"

Just wondering because his measurables aren't much and I haven't really looked into this guy.

Obviously he's going to be a very late rounder for a reason, just curious as to your thoughts.(or anyone else's including the op on  Brown)

    • 31st rushing D and 8 carries by Rico is coaching.  Rico is easily the best offensive weapon right now and it’s not really close.  *literally everyone knows Dalton is washed, horrible and shouldn’t even be a backup QB.   Drive 1? ZERO carries.  Coaching.  Drive 2 - Rico was playing great.   Did Canales lean into that or go for “balance”? Coaching. Drive 3 - ZERO carries.  Coaching  Drive 4 - 1 carry and opted for Jimmy Horn gadget rush (you can’t stick  with the Horn repetitive gadget runs each week and that’s not a better idea than getting Rico going)  Drive 5 - basically Dalton heavy as the half expired.  I don’t need to watch a game to know it’s coaching.  The gameplan wasn’t about setting Rico up to go off on a trash rush D.  It was bullshit harmony balance of the rush and the pass and making Hubbard feel good.
    • In the locker room after the Dallas game, multiple  players said FEED him when Canales mentioned Rico stats. That already made me think even the locker room wouldn't care if Rico got the touches rn. This is on Canales indeed and I agree n the Qb take.  We aren't winning  bc of Bryce  but he has been managing it. Had the Jets had Qb aptitude,  we could've probably  lost that game too. All they would've needed is 14 points. Regardless, we got a team  that's being built up and that position needs an overhaul.
    • I think he was trying to mimic the Lions with Montgomery and Gibbs. They are just more of the exception to the rule and Brooks was too much of a gamble to be a Gibbs type player. The Lions also didn’t sign Montgomery and draft Gibbs until their offense was nearly set. It was more of a luxury take the offense to the next level type of deal.
