Crunches won't do jack for anyone over 10% body fat as far as definition goes.  Focus on athletic movements that require stability.

They didn't put a LB in the Top 10 period.  As for Cam, seems like they graded him low and then in the commentary said he's the one that carries the entire offense.  Now, tell me, how can the number 85 best player in the NFL carry an entire offense?  To me, that makes him the best player in the NFL.  And screw the JJ Watt hype train.  Aaron Rodgers is the best player at the most difficult position, he's number 1 imo.  Watt may be top 10, but to put him ahead of Rodgers is nothing but clickbait.

Made my own shakes with whatever flavor protein I wanted.  I supplemented with Isagenix.  I doubt you will be wanting to bulk up like the guys that take the program, so you could probably scale back on on all the calories to maintain body fat while still building muscle.

I went through the whole program a few months back.  It's effective at building muscle.  But that's because the nutrition plan is insane.  You'll be eating a lot.  And unless you pay very close attention to every small detail, odds are you will gain body fat.  But it's great if you want to be strong.  Good luck.

6'2"?  Maybe we just need big bodies to block out wide so we can run two tight-end sets?

<joke>G-Man and Riverboat playing the ultimate troll game on all of us.  With KB going down, teams know all we really have is Funchess.  What better way to keep everyone in the dark about his Pro-Bowl talent than to feign injury and not play him in pre season games? All that just to unleash him for the regular season.!!!?!?!?!</joke>

Hate it for Colin.  Dude provided more under-the-radar plays than anyone in the NFL probably.  He's a no-namer with big time game with what he does.

Glad to hear Kony is doing well, maybe that will shut some of you up about him.  There is no way he should be playing at this level right now.  He's further along than Hardy and CJ were at this stage, and I will go as far to say that he would have probably beaten out Frank for the starting RDE job before Week 4.

Why is everyone flipping out?  My lord.  The title is misleading.  Calling him fragile implies that he took a hit and got hurt.  A tight hamstring has nothing to do with being fragile.  He needs to stretch and rest.  In the Star thread everyone is OK with resting him until Week 8 because of a hurt foot, yet Funchess sitting out to take precaution against risking injury gets him labeled fragile?  You guys are flipping out like we lost him for the year.

    Star's stress reaction
I've seen commentary here and there in different threads concerning Star, but no one seems to be paying it that much attention.
Our defense is legit, to be sure, but the fact that our back up DTs are old[er] gives me pause for the season's sake.  Sure, Star may be able to start on Day 1, but a 300+ lb person walking around on an aching foot doesn't give me hope.  Adding to that, KK is having back trouble at a position that's about 50% legs and 50% back.  I'm not saying either's absence will make the D horrible.  Just curious as to everyone's feelings about the situation.

Geez, guys.  Let it go.  It was an UDFA FULL BACK.  Odds were never in his favor.  He's playing an outmoded position that the roster can already account for.  Sure, if we seriously lacked in the blocking department, he might have secured a position based on necessity.  But we don't; the drop off isn't that great.  Move on.  We are trying to make the team better.  The fact that y'all are ornery over an UDFA blocking-only fullback getting cut seems like you don't want us to get better.

Otah was super legit . . . for one year.  Everyone was pumped over the pick.  We needed a RT and got him a year ahead of time.  Unfortunately, he got injured and ate too many burgers during the down time.

Only person I'm worried about for the Saints is Cooks.  Dude has a crap ton of speed, and he uses it in a variety of positions on the field a la Sproles.  That can be contained, though.  Atlanta will be better than their preseason indicates [as does ours].  It will come down to us and Atlanta, imo.  Bucs . . . lol.

Boykin.  Remember the position we put Bersin in last year?  He failed miserably when given a primary role.  He's good at what he does, to be sure.  But Boykin brings everything Bersin does with more speed and athleticism.

The butthurt stems from people getting lost in the moment.  It starts out as a pulling for the underdog story, and then snowballs into OMG THIS IS THE BEST PLAYER EVER HE SHOULD PLAY ALL OF OUR SKILL POSITIONS.  A lot of people forget that these UDFA are making noise from their relative position, but are still wanting in NFL-caliber skills.
