Do i need equipment? Ive been eating well and doung body weight routines for a few months now, and i plan to continue doing that. Maybe ill add something simple though like resistance bands or kettle bells though.
I have two in my fridge right now that were both on special at teeter. Terrapin Hopsecutioner and Natty Greene's Freedom. Both are good with a lot of hop character and citrus notes. 7.3 and 6.5% respectively so 2-3 is a good number to have.
