Well, that is why we have signed and drafted several WRs over last couple of years. None of those guys you posted earlier are really difference makers or even #2 WRs. You act like Gettleman has ignored the position. He hasn't. You just seem upset we signed one average receiver instead of another average receiver
It is a pretty convenient argument to say "if we just signed these other receivers that didnt cut it on their original teams we woulda won a Super Bowl" There is literally no proof that is the case, or that we would have been better positioned to the last 2 seasons.
Yes. Lucky, plus Seattle and New England had pooty WRs last season too. New England's 2nd best receiver was the guy who couldnt even cut it against our scrubs. Peyton has always had a bunch of weapons, Brees too, and Rodgers, yet they have only won 3 collectively over 25+ seasons between them
