As I understood it, the funds were available, but weren't able to be released due to beaurocratic dispenseries making it unavailable. Either way, I suppose it's better than getting that in place of a paycheck. Stick around CWG, you'll be getting something equally worthless in place of SS when the time comes.
Obamacare is a tax on taxable people for existing. Premiums in the thousands of dollars with $500 deductibles isn't meant to help those in need. It's a means to squeeze more revenue from a public subject to taxation that DC has found fit to exempt itself and its friends from.
I used to to think that college and graduate schools were a symposium for open dialogue and discussion. The reality was a pretty rude wake-up call. As it turns out, professors are people like anyone else that wield their power in whatever ways they are able. Many try to live up to the spirit of advancements in critical thinking. Many simply exist to live in their own echo chambers. Sitting in on a meeting with some professors reminded me of children fighting over "their seat".
And that might be reasonable except driving isn't a Constitutional right put in place for the purpose of keeping federal government in check. Oh... and about emissions control... it seems that its not really about that when you look at what is being enacted now: http://www.myorego.org/about/
Don't forget West Virginia football celebrators along with hockey hooligans. I agree with the earlier poster that people generally protest perceived injustices. If things escalate to a riot, then opportunists come in to take advantage of the chaos. Hence, rioting and protesting are rarely the same thing in America (they definitely have more potential to be the same outside western countries). These two groups often get comingled in the media as being one-in-the-same. The media will never assume responsibility in their role for this deception (you can't convince me that they can't distinguish the two), and the public will never assume responsibility for gobbling up the outrage to boost those bottom lines for that same media. Alinsky would be proud.
Ah yes... we are now blithely assuming that everyone in the history of firearms that has been killed is de facto innocent. Moreover, we are assuming that there is no such thing as a deterrent. Meanwhile, let's just assume that Mao, Pol Pot, Stalin, Hitler, King George, Armenian revolts, Amin, Rwanda, Uganda, etc. never actually followed consistent and predictable patterns of execution.
They start talking the business part of it at 8 minutes in. Just after 11 minutes the lady states "it's unusual to get a patient above 20 weeks" when speaking of the better viability of later gestational tissue for purposes of harvesting for research purposes. This means that these people come in and are likely "serviced", accordingly.
