Looked great.

Great to have him play well to shut up all the doubters of our draft pick.. To me it was great. He has good NFL potential and what a great team to be molded on. Adds more weapons to our Defense and adds more competition. No downside to this IMO.

I was impressed with what I saw, about what you or I would expect for a first game. That being said I am really excited about this kid!

If you look at several of the DE on the roster (Alexander, Hardy, CJ), they all seemed to need some seasoning prior to emerging and prominent.  Certain guys come in and can make waves (Peppers, Mario W., etc...) but a lot of guys have limited wow factors until the 2nd or 3rd season.

I think Ealy will be a very good pro and look for him to make his presence known this year even though he is still learning and needs to work on a few things.

Again I think early will be a factor at DT more than DE this year. Third and long with hardy(snif s if, I'm going to miss him), KK, early, and a fresh addison/johnson........ good luck getting a pass off in less than 2.2 seconds. I like what I saw form a 60 overall pick, he put out effort and made some mistakes. if he keeps that effort he can correct those mistakes.
