This is what Clausen is up against

If it was on the two point conversion attempt, I think it was actually Derrick Graham, the right tackle, who pulled up early.

I remember it because I was pissed about it forever.

that sounds right. Lost the job to Dennis around the halfway point.

Baldwin, and the two FBs, were the only ones to get carries. I looked it up. What kind of crap is that? How many times do two fullbacks get carries and only one RB?

In fairness, Baldwin wasn't that great. Christian and Griffith were at least decent.

As I recall, Graham was one of those guys that talked like he was a fearsome all pro even though he wasn't anywhere near that level. Thought I read somewhere he's a politician now.

Greg Kragen at nose, Mike Fox and Gerald Williams at the ends.

Sam Mills and Carlton Bailey inside, Kevin Greene and Lamar Lathon outside at linebacker.

Brett Maxie and Chad Cota at the safeties. Eric Davis and Tyrone Poole at corner. I think Toi Cook was the nickel back.

And no, I didn't look it up. Those were memorable guys.

(feel free to check me though; pretty sure I got em all but I could be wrong)

I was about 13 years old when Eric Davis came to the Panthers and I remember for the longest time he was my favorite player. I remember how I used to rib my 49er friends (SF Bay Area native) because Panthers Eric Davis was 3x the player of 49ers Davis even though he wasn't here as long. Good times.

Let's be honest, Carr's somersault first-down was awesome.

It was the best play he ever made. ...how sad is that?
