I worry about Herm being a so-called "player's coaches." Wade Phillips is the player's coach exemplar. F*** that, I want a ball-breaker

Players coaches do well as coordinators... not so well as top dog

Well, we already have one. To be honest, the perfect DC for this team is John Fox

In order of preference...

1. Dave McGinnis

1a. Herm Edwards

2. Sean McDermott

By likelihood...

1. Someone none of us are talking about

2. Herm Edwards

fox should bring beason, davis, and harris together and ask them what kind of defense they'd prefer to run.

Sadly the case. In many instances, the good ole boys network takes over instead of impartial interviewing.

Add Peppers to that. These changes are what we are hopefully changing his mind about our organization and winning.

And yes, this is the perfect time for Fox to be the highest "players coach" personality he can muster.

The Browns fired their head coach, right? What about him?
