[Johnny Rockets]

So Sam Fuld was one single away from hitting for the cycle a couple nights ago. With his team (Rays) up 15-3 ole Sammy boy roped one into left and he hustles the play out for a double instead of stopping at 1st to get the cycle.

So was that the right thing to do or should he have stopped at first?

I say with a 15-3 lead Sam should have stopped at 1st base, but good on him for legging it out to 2nd.

Would never pass up the chance to run up the score on the Red Sox.

I wouldn't blame him if he stopped at first though.
