Honestly, I wasn't anyway, but this blurb from Gantt confirms it.

The Panthers other unrestricted free agents are long snapper Jason Kyle, kick returner Mark Jones, linebackers Donte Curry and Adam Seward and defensive tackle Darwin Walker.

Of the group, they're still interested in Kyle, Jones and Curry.

Likely as not, Seward goes somewhere he can be a 3-4 ILB. Walker? Might be done.

Seward's been in the wrong scheme for years now. He should move on.

I said it in some other thread, can't remember which now but he should have a lot of opportunities to do what he wants which is 3-4 ILB since 2 new teams are running it now and the draft is supposedly going to be good for the 3-4 OLB conversion guys.

good. Now we can draft another Linebacker in the late rounds to do his job for cheaper.

Didn't he flirt with the Patriots last year? If Connor is healthy, we don't need Seward anyway...
