Calling for Rivera's head after he's been with the team for half a season is extremely short sighted. Give him a chance to make his team, and then worry about what to do with his head.

Let's consider why the Special Teams coach should continue his employment with the Panthers.

His unit has given up 3 Punt Returns for TD-s in 9 games. That is beyond atrocious. He is complete garbage.

i don't understand why people are out for Rivera's head. he's a rookie head coach that inherited a team that's not totally his. coaches normally don't succeed the first or second year with a new team. granted, there are some exceptions, but give him time to show what he is really about.
