smokescreen

I hope so... There will be much better football players than Coples still on the board at 9.

So, we get Coples in the 1st. Who you guys wanna see in the 2nd? Please don't say Jenkins, because I don't think I could handle two guys who have had question/motivation concerns.

I bet you see a LB or WR.

Yeah as much as I hate to admit it, Quinton Coples will be the pick tomorrow.

We need to go BPA in the 2nd because I don't feel like Coples is the best player at 9. If Stephen Hill, Amini Sitalou, Janoris Jenkins, or Jerell Worthy fall we need to hop on that.

"don't want another Peppers"?

well then you're a f-cking moron

period, paragraph

He doesnt want a player that isnt willing to lay everything he has on the line, every snap. And I agree with him.

Compare the tape of Cox to Coples, and you will see a player that is relentless, and will give everything he has on every play.

If we draft Coples and he works out, he will solidify the front 4. At DE and DT, he can get after the passer. When he had a chip on hsi shoulder at the SR bowl, he was good.

Carolina was a crazy place over the past 2 years. Coples' technique is not good. If he can be coached, he will be good.

Coples is no Peppers except in the sense that he takes plays off.

If we pick Coples, like we might do, I will be on board, but I hate reaching for need instead of picking the best player availible.

It will suck if one of the players that we passed on becomes a superstar, like I think Cox and Kuechly will.

then he should say that

even though its an ignorant statement to make because nobody wants that

does he also not want a player who is slow, uncoordinated, or obese?

hell, me either

IT is what it is.... I feel as though we are reaching, but I will wait and see next season. I do not think this is a smokescreen and will be the pick at #9

I would be happy with the Coples pick if it happens. You just CAN'T allow Quarterbacks to sit back in the pocket for 6 to 7 seconds...very few D Backs can cover for that long. That's why QBs pick us apart. You NEED a pass rush!

I've been saying it all along, if he's there at 9 we're taking him.

He has the potential to be an elite pass rusher and that makes him more valuable than any other player who will be there at 9.

Not sure how I feel if we take Coples, but I was a Cam skeptic...so I'll have to take a wait and see approach if that is the case.
