Norv has ever done anything as a head coach in spite of 3 tries.
Why in the world would we want him here as anything more than a OC?
Fox and Norv have almost the exact same winning %.
Just saying.

I SERIOUSLY dont understand why people want a coach that has proven they cant get the job done ie win a SuperBowl.
Why we would want another teams trash is beyond me.

You mean like about 20% of the players on our team that Sand Diego dumped or the castoff coaches from the Cleveland and Philly dynastys?Neither,
I SERIOUSLY dont understand why people want a coach that has proven they cant get the job done ie win a SuperBowl.
Why we would want another teams trash is beyond me.

Reid is the beneficiary of a very well run personnel system in Philly. I have my doubts as to whether he'd be able to duplicate his successes away from that system.
They've had at least three directors of college scouting in the last ten years. Also being VP of football operations his opinion on personnel has a tremendous weight attached to it, no pun intended.
Add in that he's one of those coaches whose teams always look great in the regular season but all too often fold in the playoffs.
10-9 record in the playoffs. If by "fold" you mean "Marty Schottenheimer fold", you're horribly mistaken.
Realistically if we wanted to take a serious shot at improving and Andy Reid's just sitting there waiting to be hired after being run out of Philadelphia, there's no reason not to hire him. People here were so much in favor of hiring Rivera, who has the sideline presence of a walking stick.

In my mind, he is one of the best coaches in the league right now, and you just have to wonder what he could do with our squad.
