What could we realistically get for Williams?

We could give up a 4th for him to be traded

Yes, we would actually have to send a pick with him just to get him off our roster

I don't think he gets traded. We can't currently afford the $9.6 million that would hit our cap this year unless we have freed up some money that hasn't been reported.

The most likely scenario is a post June 1st cut or trade so we can spread the hit over two years. If a trade, DWill will also have to be willing to renegotiate his contract in all likelihood.

I would call the Lions tbh, or again the Packers, both lack a dynamic runner.

Yet as it ahs been said, who trades for a older fat contract running back.
