It would make sense. I'm a Boston Bruins fan and toward the end of Ray Bourque's career they traded him to the Colorado Avalanche, where he finally won a ring. He's still a Bruin for life. I can't see him going to Buffalo, though. What about Denver?

Heard some rumblings yesterday that the Bills had inquired about him.

I love Smitty, best panther ever, but if we could get some picks for him now, it would be a good move.


Yep best to get what we can for him. Also needs to be to a contender. Would hate to see him waste his talents and not get a chance for a ring.

get what you can for him now.i dont want him to go, but i know he doesnt want to rebuild again and it could get ugly.
