How many people were in car accidents yesterday?

There are stupid, irresponsible people in all facets of life.

They aren't, and shouldn't be, allowing private gun sales at the NC show today in response. I doubt that they ever will again. Rightfully so. Make anyone that wants to wheel and deal pre-register and setup a table prior to the general public being allowed in.

Just another example of the reality of this nutty situation. People justifying their goofy hobby by hiding behind a very subjective interpretation of the Constitution. These people are the military eqivalent of the Hitler Youth, a last ditch band of goofballs delusional enough to think they are the last line of defense for "their country" - "their country" of course, being the one that President Obama is not welcome in.

Well it must be the first one because I'll bet there were a hell of a lot more car shows than gun shows yesterday and there weren't many reports of people being run down by out of control cars.

Sure there are accidents in both areas, and both groups have their obsessive types, but when older cars started becoming more restricted in terms of pollution and safety controls, the true devotees of the car side didn't resort to the stupidity of the gun hobbyists in their defense of the outmoded aspects of their hobby.

lets just do this for one year. sure it's radical but it would shut alot of folks up on either side and put so much to rest.

ban ALL guns for one year. no sales, no nothing. nothing grandfathered, you keep what you have and nothing else can be purchased from one year to the next.

see who things go and the following year, use the takeaways and proceed.

the reason we have these messes are also in large part to our elected officials on both sides who do a better job of playing both sides of an issue instead of both sides of the aisle.

No gun violence, just stupid people having accidents which you could apply to ski slopes, motocross, go karts, skateboarding, boating and just about everything in life. Accidents and injuries occur.

Hmmm, 1 in 7 drivers in the US dont have insurance despite laws to the contrary.
You'd probably be lucky to hit 50% on guns.

Hey, fix the system. The system and the rules and the laws are paramount for the left even though the article says the guy got around the whole thing.
