I really like that MKG asked for a shooting coach, he really could be something special in the near future for us.

I think there is a 50/50 chance that we pull this trigger on draft night when we are on the clock, picking at 4, and Olidipo is still available.

Yea, I'd wait till we're on the clock to pull this move. Wait and see who is still on the board. If McLemore is still there, I say you gotta take him. If Bennett is the top player on the board with Vic, I'd say trade down and HOPE that Zeller is there at 9. You dont want to make a dumb move and Cody Zeller is gone before 9.

Just heard Chad Ford say the main rumor that is still white hot is the Wolves desire for the Oliadipo for the 9, 23? and Derrick Williams for a top 5 pick.

Bobcats are one of the white hot teams along with the Suns.

I'd take the nine , Williams and their number one next year.

I'd take just their 1st this year (if we really want Zeller) and an unprotected 1st next year.

Rumor: Wolves and Nets are "close" on a deal that would send MarShon Brooks to the Wolves for their #26 in the draft.

Williams, #9 is probably not enouth for Cho to drop back from #4.. like Bubba said- maybe next years 1st? too much?

A pick next year would be ideal..hell throw in a 2nd this year..lotta decent second rounders to choose from.

Honestly could see Ledo shoot up the board tomorrow. Project player but he has go to potential.

I read somewhere that the Nets loved Reggie Bullock at a recent workout. He should be there with their #22 pick & then they can grab someone else with #26. The Nets are in cap hell and only have 9 or 10 guys under contract for next season. Getting two players on cheap rookie deals (combined would be about a 2.1 mill cap hit in their first year) would be one way to fill up their roster without financially killing themselves any worse than they already are.

I would be surprised if Zeller was still there at #9. I know his perceived value has slipped in the eyes of some, but I expect at least a couple of front office decision makers fell in love with his interview and workouts. I think if we really want him, we will take him at #4.

    • NFL Network is showing the Carolina / Giants game from our 2015 season.  I'm just watching the tail end where Beckham scored on Norman and it showed Cam's "I got this" nod. Man, what a great drive.  In 2015, we simply played with more urgency, hunger, and the drive to be the best. Cam had the confidence because everyone was playing as hard as they could.   Going into 2017, if this team can get hungry again, they are going to be fun to watch!  The more I think about it, the dominance of that team wasn't some kind of magic, but rather in will.  They would not be denied. The good news is that they can find the motivation again.  Nothing special.  I know we're all in draft mode, but I'm feeling pretty excited for the season.  I think our team will come back motivated!
    • Didn't zeke take a lot of runs out of shotgun at Ohio state?? I didn't pay much attention to him when he was there but you really wouldnt have noticed last year that he wasn't use to running off of normal run hand off plays.
    • Might wanna check the numbers and see how Fournette did against Bama too.
