TCF2 112 Report post Posted November 25, 2013 Just got the ESPN alert: "ESPN - Buccaneers CB Darrelle Revis suffered groin injury in Sunday's win over Lions" We should keep our eyes open for more developments. And before somebody says that this is irrelevant and that Revis is all washed up/hasn't been the same since his injury... I'd much rather see him in street clothes come Sunday. CarolinaNCSU 5,447 Report post Posted November 25, 2013 The Bucs are seriously a dangerous game now. Their defense has potential and Glennon is getting comfortable. All it takes is him connecting with VJax like Wallace did to us today, and we could have issues with them.

Especially with our run game being non existent.
Chaos 8,997 Report post Posted November 25, 2013 Smitty respects Revis. I would rather him lining up across some no-name youngsta, who he can teach the rules and regulations to. Much more fun that way.
CharlottePanther 904 Report post Posted November 25, 2013 Man off topic but I really dislike Glennon, i dont know why but something about him just makes me want to see him get punched in the mouth, i mean just clocked clean and I cant quite figure out why that is
Montie_0123 147 Report post Posted November 25, 2013 If he doesn't play that will help us out a lot, but even if he does he's not going to be able to run full speed because that groin strain is not going anywhere.
the butch 3,264 Report post Posted November 25, 2013 As an NC State fan, I can say that Glennon is smart, reads is routes, and has a great arm. But he is slow as molasses. I wish Revis would play. Hope he is gonna be alright. But no need to dwell on it; it's another game we need to win.
General_Purr 396 Report post Posted November 25, 2013 I hope he don't play..... Revis is one of the best.. im saying top 5 CBs in the league. Regardless of the medias way of downing on him.. He can shut 89 out. And thats a HUGE weapon for us we can't get to much. He is a great tackler as well.. he goes to where the ball is.. and giving them turnovers next week would be very very dangerous.
