#3036619 Another Hardy Thread....

If Hardy didn't appeal his guilty verdict he probably would be suiting up this week. He is getting paid to sit at home and then faces 6 games suspension if it goes to trial in November and found guilty again.

Two things need to be done. The Panthers need to give those squealer fans no reason to cheer and Panthers fans need to be heard and represent to show them whose house this is!

#2961447 ESPN is totally disrespecting our organization

The irony is Ray Lewis works for ESPN. Bunch of hypocrites. I guess Ray was never accused of doing anything wrong. Two people are dead with one of the victims blood found in the Lewis's limo. Where is the outrage from those hypocrites that he is working at ESPN? Sorry but people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

They are idiots. The Panthers were letting the entire judicial process play out before they did anything. The players unions would have been all over the Panthers and the league if the Panthers did anything beforehand. They weren't going ape $h@t until the public outcry after the Ray Rice video was released. They are looking for public approval and ratings nothing more.

I am not a fan of what Hardy allegedly did but until the entire judicial process plays out I will refrain from rushing to judgement. Too bad those a$$ clowns at. ESPN couldn't do the same.

As Marv Levy use to say 'if if start listening to the fans you soon will be sitting with them.' Fans can get emotional where a GM has to be take emotion out of it. Look at the Patriots. Probably the most respected NFL franchise. How many players have they let go over the years?

#2614605 NFL Total Access discusses Kaepernick mocking Cam

Posted by Don137 on 14 January 2014 - 07:36 AM

Usually QBs have a code and they show respect to the other QBs. You wouldn't see Rodgers, Brady, Brees, Manning etc. mocking the other teams QB. In fact I cannot come up with any QBs that disrespect each other. I guess that does show his immaturity. Just makes him look foolish which isn't hard.
He really isn't a good QB either. He does not read defenses and locks into one receiver. He is a great athlete which helps him when his one receiver is covered and he has many weapons.

The Carolina Hurricanes did the same thing in the playoffs a few years back not allowing people in New York to buy tickets to the Buffalo Sabres- Carolina Hurricanes series.
Personally I think it is poor sportsmanship on the part of the home team.

Kaep had a poor season until Crabtree came back. He only passed for 200 yards 3 times in 11 games prior to Crabtree came back. Four games out of six he passed for over 200 yards since he came back. To me it appears the receivers make him look better than he really is.

Agreed. The game is not won with words during the week with the media but on the field Sunday. No need to feed the media or 49ers anything. Let the Panthers do their talking on the field and may the best team win.

Eagles were 1-3 (losses to Chargers, Broncos and Chiefs) against playoff teams this year with their only win against a Green Bay team that did not have Rodgers. They really do not have any quality wins. I wouldn't look past Saints if I was an Eagles fan. Arguably this is their toughest opponent besides Broncos all year which they lost by 32 points.

The Panthers were 3-2 against playoff teams (split with Saints, lost to Seahawks, beat Pats and 49ers).
