I guess to poor people they might look like Sketchers shape ups because they are Swiss Brand MBT Chapa GTX GoreTEX shoes Sketecher ripped their design from. Sketchers copied their Barefoot Mosai technology and sell it for a third the price so that the poor like you can have a shoe like that. It's was actually a joke pic making fun of a poor guy on IG that posts a bunch of pics with cash. Thank god I didn't use a pair of my Christian Louboutin's in pic, people here would have gone crazy trying to figure out what they are. Well gee Phil, I can't say I saw any shoe that looks like that on my last trip to Wal Mart, what can it be?

that's some amazing stuff!

i had sex today though

#2248339 Smitty's OTA observations

Posted by Nicks To The Colts on 02 June 2013 - 08:56 AM

It will never get old provided people still try to make conclusions based on no pads no contact practices.

These practices are important to be sure. They are beginning to shake the rust off, try to get a grasp of the offense, repetition of frequent tiny movements to help form muscle memory, etc. I was watching one the other day and the defensive line coach spent a good 10 minutes on where your hip should be when initial contact is made on the offensive lineman.

What is impossible, however, is drawing conclusion on how any of these guys will do once the pads are on and contact is allowed. I know why people talk about it, its a slow time for actual Panthers news. Talking about anything is better than nothing. But I will continue cautioning against drawing conclusions in this time period as some folks do.

no you're wrong the entire team needs to be in midseason form in the last week of may

there was this golden corral in a shopping center in durham that had been closed for a while.  it looked open though because it handled overflow parking from the stores and tire place next door.

anyway i always loved to watch caravans of rednecks roll in there, pile out, and kind of stand around dumbfounded after discovering that the front door was barricaded shut lol

#2247691 Scott Fowler: Wins are Cam's litmus test this year

Posted by Nicks To The Colts on 01 June 2013 - 09:03 AM

without our defense giving up three walk off scoring drives this season we're 10-6, by the way.  bears, falcons, and bucs games.

edit:

cam vs. luck in close game/pressure situations from a few pages back in case anyone missed it

from somethingawful

Final Margin 0-7
Luck 222-407, 54.5%, 7.0 YPA, 16/9 TD/Int, 80.6 QBR
Cam 138-251, 55.0%, 7.7 YPA, 08/6 TD/Int, 80.7 QBR

4TH QTR, +/-7 PTS
Luck 51-89, 57.3%, 7.7 YPA, 4/1 TD/Int, 92.3 QBR
Cam 36-59, 61.0%, 9.4 YPA, 2/1 TD/Int, 96.5 QBR

Behind by 1-8 Points
Luck 91-170, 53.5%, 7.7 YPA, 8/6 TD/Int, 80.0 QBR
Cam 79-142, 55.6%, 8.5 YPA, 6/3 TD/Int, 89.0 QBR

And this doesn't include his rushing numbers.

ur really comparing luck to couch? really? why r u so bitter against luck, I know the colts got lucky when luck stayed at Stanford and yall didn't get him, but u love cam so much, and cam is gonna be so great, why are you still so bitter. after reading this board a while, I think you're trying to convince yourselves that cam is the real deal. its always, when cam is able to do this or that he is gonna be scary. and before I forget, luck didn't miss the playoffs due to injury.

i don't hate luck so much as i hate idiots who don't know anything about football and are wowed by a guy making the playoffs and ignore actual quantifiable stuff like what i posted.  a lot of terrible quarterbacks "won games" and made the playoffs so making that the sole criteria to judge quarterbacks on is stupid.  that's the point of the couch remark-it's the flip side of dopes in the internet yelling that wins are all that matters.  sanchez and couch "won" and went to the playoffs as rookies too.  couch actually had a lot of game winning drives and clutch victories which should make him a hall of fame lock apparently.  a lot of what are now considered great quarterbacks really sucked or were underwhelming when they started out or "put up the stats but didn't win".  drew brees and aaron rodgers come to mind.

really i gave you a lot of stats to chew on a few pages ago showing that cam and luck have almost identical efficiency statistics in similar situations.  actual data which contradicts your claim that luck undeniably plays better in pressure situations than cam and you completely ignored it.  why should i listen to anything you have to say?

now go on and post your "der he made the playoffs" rebuttal

excuses, excuses, excuses. qb's have always been judged on wins, leadership, and play in crunch time. cam has not stacked up in any of these areas. its amazing luck had 7 fourth quarter comebacks in his rookie season, absorbed 41 sacks, was hit about every time he threw the ball, showed great toughness and leadership skills, and according to most in panther nation he cant play a lick. wow!

the colts played a weak schedule and luck turned the ball over a poo ton which finally bit them in the ass in the playoffs

by the way here are their 4th quarter/close game stats:

from somethingawful

Final Margin 0-7
Luck 222-407, 54.5%, 7.0 YPA, 16/9 TD/Int, 80.6 QBR
Cam 138-251, 55.0%, 7.7 YPA, 08/6 TD/Int, 80.7 QBR

4TH QTR, +/-7 PTS
Luck 51-89, 57.3%, 7.7 YPA, 4/1 TD/Int, 92.3 QBR
Cam 36-59, 61.0%, 9.4 YPA, 2/1 TD/Int, 96.5 QBR

Behind by 1-8 Points
Luck 91-170, 53.5%, 7.7 YPA, 8/6 TD/Int, 80.0 QBR

who the fug actually spends what i'm guessing is roughly half a million in cash on depreciating assets like cars unless they're just trying to show off

you keep trying to juxtapose the cars you drive with how young you are but the thing is that's exactly the kind of poo a dumb ass kid would do

#2245669 Steve Smith confusion is over

Posted by Nicks To The Colts on 30 May 2013 - 08:09 AM

i remember for like one season the other steve smith was the real steve smith...

yeah that was 2009, USC steve smith's "breakout year".  our steve smith had 238 fewer receiving yards on 42 less receptions with the same number of touchdowns.  it was stupid but the record has been set straight for a while now.

I have never understood people that spend $240K on a car. I make pretty good money and I would never consider wasting that much of it on transportation. Then add to the mix driving said $240K car around a shithole like Metarie and New Orleans? To each his own I suppose.

it sure looks great in his driveway though

plus he can post pictures of it on the internet to shut up people who point out that the panthers swept the saints last season

#2245449 Why is Shula simplifying the offense?
