Miami WR Philip Dorsett coming up soon on Path to the Draft. Carolina has expressed interest in the blazing receiver and remember how much we liked Cooks. Similar skill sets and big play ability. He would help make this offense dynamic.

Where the fug is Barron?

Got traded to the Rams during the season last year. Rams turned him into a situational nickel player.

#3306971 Panthers Sign LB Jason Trusnik To A One-Year Deal

Posted by AceMan on 31 March 2015 - 02:28 PM

http://espn.go.com/b...e-jason-trusnik

Analysis: Trusnik has been a valuable -- but under-the-radar -- member of the Dolphins for the past four seasons. He's played in 64 straight games for Miami in a variety of roles. Trusnik has 10 starts for the Dolphins at inside and outside linebacker during his tenure, which included six starts last season. He's a smart, dependable player who does his job. Trusnik also brings leadership and value to the Dolphins as their special teams' captain. Look for Miami to make a push to keep Trusnik inside its locker room.

Seems like another great signing for special teams. Decent back-up

Didn't see this posted, but B.J. Raji has signed back with the Packers.

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Hours after the Green Bay Packers struck a deal with Letroy Guion, they reached an agreement to bring back another member of their defensive line, B.J. Raji, according to a source.

#3302628 Panthers claim OT Jonathan Martin

Posted by AceMan on 27 March 2015 - 05:15 PM

Can you explain why, in particular, you are not a fan?

You do realize we can cut him with no obligation, correct?

Yeah, I don't like it because I can't see any potential in Martin, even as a back-up. He has sucked his whole NFL career. Also, I worry that his "media baggage" might be too much for him mentally; same thing I worry about Oher/"Blindside".

But, I do hope Martin can redeem himself and become decent even though I'm pessimistic.

#3276741 Randy Starks Released

He would have been a great option if we couldn't re-sign Dwan Edwards

#3268088 Will the fanbase implode if no big moves are made?

Posted by AceMan on 07 March 2015 - 07:52 PM

All we need to do is make decent moves like we've already done i.e. Cut D-Will, let horriBell go, sign Oher, etc.

#3267711 Panthers Sign Michael Oher

Posted by AceMan on 07 March 2015 - 02:21 PM

After seeing Derek Newton, Free, and Dunlap get re-signed...this is probably the best we can do in the FA..

#3266394 Panthers Sign Michael Oher

Posted by AceMan on 06 March 2015 - 03:39 PM

Steve Reed is reporting Oher's deal is 2-years and $8.25 million.
