It shouldn't be a surprise. They have been in the top 15 in PPG and Yardage every single year that Ryans has been the coach. They were #6 in yards(#1 this year which is what you are talking about) last season. Not to mention, they have really invested a lot of draft capital and free agent capital on that side of the ball. To great success, obviously.

Okay, so you at least should be aware that we do have some pretty wild success in our franchise history if you have been watching the NFL(outside the Packers) for 29 years. I suppose the rosy view of our future is certainly a unique perspective outside Reddit. I think amongst the more hardcore fans you are going to see a considerable amount of skepticism about that. We appear to be at the very beginning of establishing a potential core to build around. I am not sure that is what I would consider a bright future but it's a starting point. It's been one of the rare times in the past 8 years that we might be moving forward rather than backwards. I will give you that.
