  1. No. Neither of them trust one another, and I think you know that. They're also both in over their heads at this point.
  2. This is how you get 20 straight 10-loss seasons. Years and years of bad drafts.
  3. He probably doesn’t. Remember this is the same team that had coaches stabbing each other in the back less than two years ago. I can’t imagine any of the other 31 franchises being remotely this toxic and dysfunctional and that’s before we even bring up records and stats.
  4. If they can't read a defense or wisely call plays based on the situation, a Carnegie course will only do so much.
  5. I meant that it's low to criticize someone for using "um" repetitively when a vast majority do it. I doubt you're a well-respected orator among all your peers.
  6. I think you're assigning your opinion to others in this case. The rookies have played one game and only one pick did anything of substance.
  7. People have different words they use to stall while organizing their thoughts. He deserves plenty of criticism for his performance but the speaking is kinda low.
  8. Corbett doesn't deserve excuses. He was dogshit. Give Young two inches of height and bad snaps are still bad snaps. Not that the good snaps led to much anyway.
  9. Who cares? Sixteen more games to finish the story. We all have our predictions and our rankings and at the end of the day, the numbers will be what they are.
  10. I like Dan, too. Big fan of having a former Pro Bowl LB be the GM. But his story has not been a successful one in any facet. Made one good trade, one good pick and one good UDFA pickup so far (could be two each of the last ones if Scourton/Thornton pan out).
  11. That's the second-worst part about all this. I truly like Bryce, Canales and Legette. They're easy to root for on a personal level. But they're just completely inept.
  12. Bryce Young, Andy Dalton and Hendon Hooker aren't delivering you ONE win, let alone 5 or 7. Get your excitement ready for whoever is willing to actually come play here next year, suck ass for 2-3 years, then lead the Panthers to another No. 1 pick who'll suck ass for 2-3 years, and so on.
  13. It's gotta suck to have to stare out at a room full of socially inept reporters and talk about how you sucked at your job 17 times in a row. I feel like by December I'd try speaking a different language or something.
  14. One good pick and a good UDFA pickup from two drafts. Not good, Dan.
  15. Absolutely. Dude skirts by and collects a check.
  16. I mean if he's mad, what good does it do? Dennis Green flew off the handle in a presser. He sucked as a coach before he did it and after. No teammate is gonna be inspired by that, anyway. Hell, the whole team has shitty body language. Panthers have finally become the Hornets of not needing to work hard, because sucking ass is expected. No pressure to perform because you can be terrible but still play here.
  17. Dumping Clowney wasn't smart. He had more sacks last year than the whole team will have this year.
  18. McMillan could've caught that TD but whatever. Chuba, the specialists and, that's about it for being absolved. Horn made a great pick. The defensive line and linebackers may as well not exist. I think Dan might've hit on a WR pick finally, but no one else was of any value, per usual.
  19. I mean I don't know why you guys even watch these. There's nothing he can say to make you feel better and whatever he does just makes you hate him more. He sucks. The head coach sucks, the WRs outside McMillan and Coker suck, the center sucks, every linebacker sucks, Nick Scott sucks, the owner sucks, the DC sucks.
  20. Young's pedigree and late-2024 run will buy him a backup job somewhere as a "just let me get a shot at fixing him" by another coach. Canales is young enough that he can say "I had nothing to work with" after his gap year as a Seahawks consultant. But Legette and Nick Scott don't even look like they'll be in the league next year. Legette being a first-round pick will keep him on the team, but he can't block, can't run routes and can't catch. Corbett will/should get cut before next season. Trevin Wallace and Christian Rozeboom, likewise. There are many others like the ones listed above. They'll continue to make themselves apparent over the next 16 losses.
  21. We haven't even seen the worst part yet. Which vital player is going on season-ending IR tomorrow out of nowhere? We've covered every other tradition.
  22. I don't know who'll get the worst PFF rating but Young, Corbett, Nick Scott and Legette were all a special breed of fuging awful. Good thing is, they'll get another shot to be even worse next week.
  23. Bryce Young, Dave Canales and Xavier Legette taught me I can fake my way to the top.
  24. He lost his last start 31-10, I was there.
