1. With what $$? We are litterally complaining that we wont be able to resign Moton AND Samuel. Peterson will a whole lot more than Samuel. So unless we let Moton walk (which is unlikely) we wont be able to sign Peterson. 2. At this stage of his career. I doubt he leaves the Cardinals to go to another rebuilding team. He is going to want to go to a playoff team, or a team with a shot at the playoffs this year.

3. Justin Fields- Panthers make the Move and get their QB of the Future. Giving up this years 4th and next years 1st and 3rd. Miami makes this trade, as moving back to 8 still keeps them in range to get one of these top WRs. 55. Josh Myers- Panther trade down here. We know the new GM, like to do this in this range. There's not a OT they fall in love with at 39 after a run on them. Grabbing Myers gives the option to start fresh and cut Paradis and open Cap Space. Myers also already has the chemistry with Fields. 73. Richie Grant- Matt Rhule really fell in love with this kid. And would suprise me to see them move up a few spots like they did for Chinn. Grant and Chinn would form a impressive duo that Snow will have fun with. 87. (via Steeles 2nd rd trade): Aaron Banks- not a OT, but the Panthers need help at all positions on the OL 151. Shi Smith- Curtis Samuel is most likely gone. So Smith comes in and Competes for that Slow WR spot. Pick 189- I'll say will be used to move up for Grant. 7th BPA

Its shaking where the same defensive player(s) they'd take at 4 will be around at 8-12. They can take the same guys and still get a boatload of picks from a QB hungry team. Only non QB target that may not be around when they trade down, would be Sewell.

Yes i am not "plugged into" that "franchise" But I live and breathe draft season and read and to subscribe to a lot of things writen by guys plugged into the league, and former scouts who still have connections in the league.

It has 100% to do with your post. You said the odds of of 4 QBs going off the board before 8 seems low. Then i showed you other QB scenarios that would be deemed just as low if now lower that have already or about to happen. I showed you direct comments from guys plugged into the league who are predicting massive QB shake up this year. Which most likely throws that # of QBs going ____ out the window.

It's lying season. Rhule was pretty vocal about Cam last year. And new staff isnt going to want to start a rebuild long term with Ryan and his contract. They wont be drafting in that QB spot the next 3-4 years so likely they take a QB. If Not, they will be shopping. Especially with the amount of teams gunning for a QB this offseason. And you think a Division rival is going to trade with us to get a QB? No.

It would also be Statistically abnormal for Stafford to go for 2 1sts and Goff (funny 99% of the people saying 4 QBs wont go in the top 7 are the ones who said no way Detroit would get a 1st for Stafford, well theh got 2 And Goff) It's a Statistically Abnormal for the Eagle's to get a 1sts for Wentz, especially conisdering he has one of the worst contracts in the NFL. Yet apparently they are going to get more. It's a Statistically Abnormal for more than 8 QB changes across the league in 1 offseason. And guys who are plugged into the league like Rapaport and Schefter are predicting 18 or more off what they are hearing.

Who will fall? Mac Jones? Its a real possibility that 4 QBs go before 8. Most analysts are even saying this, many scouts are saying this. This is a very hungry year for a QB. Ian Rapaport or schefter just recently said he predicts 18 QB changes around the league this offseason. This is why Stafford just went for 2 1sts AND Goff. This is why its being leaked that Wentz is being traded for more than a 1st. We're going to have to trade away something reguardless for a QB, whether it be move up from 8 in the draft OR trade for someone else.

You never dug into his film did you? There's still Lot of tools in Darnold. And yes about the Gase thing. While Tannehill isnt a Superstar QB, he looked good in Tennessee last year and looked WAY worse than Darnold in Miami. Darnold is still young, has tools. About the only thing Allen had over Darnold coming out was arm strength. He couls throw it 75 yards instead of 65. Scouts loved Darnold coming out. Thus quite a few people were Shocked that Cleveland took Baker over him. Now, he's still the same age as Kyler Murray and Younger than Burrow. Its just the question of, how much did Gase Damage him and you think you can fix him. I think Rhule is the type of guy who can and the new QB coach we just brought in who was Stafford and Watson's QB coach seems like the perfect guy to work with him. I wouldn't trade a 1st for him. But wouldn't hesitate trading something else for him.

There's a strong possibility that Lance wont make it to 8.

If the Jets drafted Josh Allen And still had Adam Gase. They WOULD be drafting #1 overall this year and drafting Lawerence

I wouldn't mind getting him IF we cant get Fields, Wilson,Lance. But Not at that price This just shows how big and important the QB spot has become in this league. If you dont have one, prepare to open the wallet. This is why its so important we draft one this year sitting in the top 10. Because this will probably be the last time we draft in the top 10, and to trade into the top 5 from there for a QB, you're looking at Rams moving up for Goff type deal. If not your going to be stuck trading multiple 1s for a Stafford, a 1 for Darnold, etc

We could get a very capable slot in the mid rds to take Samuels slot role in this draft
