  1. It's sad that the exact scenario you described happened last year and Tepper decided not to run it back. To me it doesn't matter what happens the rest of the season because Tepper won't see the value in it.
  2. Unbelievable that two seasons in a row David Tepper has fired a coach in-season. Within the last 5 seasons he has fired 3 head coaches in-season. He is a clown. Reich was a BAD coach but he should have had a chance to finish the season. Rivera had bad starts in his first two seasons and both times finished strong. Panthers already have a rep for being garbage and now it’s certified and registered with the government. The real person who should be fired is Scott Fitterer and David Tepper should take a trip to Pittsburgh and not come back.
  3. What the f*ck reality are we living in? Two coaches fired in season two years in a row
  4. I mean on one hand, I get not firing him until the end of the season. It's Reich's first season and I've long said he deserves to at least finish out the year to try to show any kind of progress on the offensive side of the ball. The problem I have is that if they're specifically mentioning "develop the QB" as a reason to let him finish the season, well that's not going to happen with the way the offensive is constructed. Best we can hope for is they find an offensive line combination that works, some semblance of a consistent running game emerges, which is able to take some pressure off of Bryce. He'd look markedly better if the Panthers had a real threat of a multi-faceted running game utilizing lots of misdirection and play action. I mean have they run a reverse all season? Problem is the scheme is certified garbage and Frank is in over his head. He needs to retire.
  5. You’re assuming the retarded owner will hire someone suited to best use the players on the roster or to get players that will fit that “modern scheme” you speak of. The offense has gotten worse every season with the brief exception of Steve Wilks going full ground and pound for 12 games.
  6. Well packers fans might be jumping on it and reselling the Tampa game tix lol
  7. If he continues to ruin the on field product and alienate the fanbase he will probably have to move the team. There will be no new stadium deal, he already botched the team HQ in Rock Hill, and add on the stress of the fanbase hating him more and more. They will rack up 10 losing seasons at this rate.
  8. What did Dave Gettleman say when he got hired? “Big men allow you to compete” or something like that? Tepper really doesn’t understand how to build a team
  9. Jerry Richardson was a mid owner who at least understood what kind of team and players would succeed in the Carolinas. David Tepper is a Pittsburgh guy who has NO idea what he was getting into buying a southern football team. It’s so unnatural and forced and it shows on the field. He’s hired two head coaches with strong connections to Pennsylvania and bypassed the one coach who sniffed any kind of on field success who happened to be a Charlotte guy. It’s insane what a bad fit Tepper is to own the Panthers. He really does need to sell the team, for our sake and probably his own.
  10. Evero is a seriously good coach. Making the defense look respectable with genuine crap in the secondary and nobody linebackers.
  11. Fire everyone. Can’t even call a play to throw the ball past the line of scrimmage on 4th down with the game on the line. Defense is solid but everyone on the offensive side of the ball needs to be fired into the sun including David Tepper
  12. There’s no reason to keep Frank. The team is getting worse by the game. What a disaster of a season.
  13. lol this offense is the worst in nfl history
  14. Kyle Allen looked good because CMC had a career season. He was reckless with the football
  15. There are enough QB prospects in the 2024 draft that the Panthers will probably be picking one in the later rounds or maybe trading up depending on the staff. I suggested picking a second QB in the 2023 draft ala RGIII and Kirk Cousins but I got pooed and laughed at. Guess what would have been a good idea….
  16. I’d do the same thing if I was him. It’s not worth risking your career to play for a team that lives at the threshold of hell.
  17. If he falls to the second, Xavier Worthy. 100%. He could easily be a top 20 pick though.
  18. They’re already shifting the focus to the team’s charitable efforts off the field
  19. Matt Rhule was obviously a slimy douche and he was so easy to hate not only as a bad football coach but as a human beings Frank is clearly a good man but just a bad bad football coach so it’s harder to throw the vitriol his way so I’m really channeling it towards the pot bellied Pittsburger owner
  20. Ray Ray McCloud still a fumble Machine just like he was on the panthers
  21. Fields was worth a shot either way because they didn't have an answer at QB that year either way. Darnold is gone too.
  22. There may never be moments like that again for this franchise. At least it feels that way.
  23. There's maybe 10 players on the team that have a place starting for any other NFL team right now. Maybe another 15-20 that would be backups. The rest are players that would struggle to make a practice squad.
