How many more losing seasons could you endure before this team isn’t even worth your time anymore? There isn’t any hope for the Panthers being a contender any time soon. We are all exhausted watching this trash team flounder its way to 5 wins every year. I haven’t lived in Charlotte for 15 years. I’m losing interest in football in general as I think many Americans are for various reasons. The popularity of the sport is declining slow but sure. Even Tepper knows this and invested in an MLS team which is rapidly on the rise.

I'm a fan of bringing in Doug Pederson. He got let go in Philly mainly because of a dispute between him and the owner. Proven coach, proven QB developer, Superbowl winner. Could interview him right now. I don't really know what they're waiting for honestly.

Everyone should be fired for passing on Justin Fields or Mac Jones. Even with Darnold on the roster it was VERY dumb passing on a rookie QB. Instead they will pay Sam Darnold $18m next season to be on a different team. It's real hard to be a fan of this team after all the dumb sh*t they did.

I was in the press box at a Panthers game with all the announcers. The Panthers were getting their asses kicked by some team. At halftime Matt Rhule came up and was sitting up in the press box looking distraught so I went and talked to him. He slumped under the table like he didn't want to talk to me at first but then popped his head up and talked to me. I asked him how it was going. He said David Tepper had guaranteed him the Panthers would build a new stadium and he is looking to move to a team with a nicer stadium. So I guess that is why he didn't work out. The stadium.

Cam is doing the best he can at his advanced age with all his injuries coming into a new offense mid season and still putting up a few TDs a game. I’m proud of him and glad to see him on the Panthers again. That said the Panthers desperately need to draft the future QB. It’s so painful they let Fields and Jones pass them by. Everyone should be fired for that.

The teams the Panthers played down the stretch in 2012 were a bunch of bottom feeders. The end of the 2021 schedule is the Super Bowl champions led by the best QB ever TWICE, the team that almost beat them in their own house today, and the team that always beats us in their house. Prepare to not see another win until fall of 2022 and probably have a new coach next year either way.

I wonder if Rhule would accept a lame duck scenario. Give himself a chance to get his affairs in order for his next job, prepare his family to move to a new location, and get us through the end of the season.

NFL owners were mad that idiot Tepper paid Rhule so much money because it threw off the pay scale for all other coaches. If an unproven nobody like Rhule can get a $60m contract imagine what proven coaches are going to want. Either way he’s out of here.
