    ITS OVER There is no way this gets cleared up before the draft, which is just a month away and a week, and there is no way the Panthers, or any team trades for him with this over his head. Time to look towards trading up with the Phins for Fields, boyos. He's a proto Deshaun anyway, for the people who really were gunning for him.
