Unless the Panthers go on a suicide quest to the playoffs and proceed to get blown out by the Cowboys and fall down to 19, they are picking top 10 and they will pick a QB. Anthony Richardson will be top 10, he'll blow people away at combine and pro days. Plus if the bears pick 2 they will try to trade out. Panthers WILL draft a QB with their first pick next season.
