  1. Obviously but I’m guessing he would average about 15 tds a year with how he plays. My point is teddy was worth a 2 year 8 million contract not a 3 year 63 million. It was an absurd contract that many posters called out as soon as it was released.
  2. Hurney isn’t the GM apparently and 8 million for 2 years is nothing. We paid a dude 63 million dollars to throw 15 tds.
  3. Those are definitely things to think about as far as Watson. I’ve said before I’d be willing to trade Burns or Chinn. Not both. That one report said two young defensive players. No way if that’s the case. The front office would have to be very confident in their abilities to find talent in round 3-7. And that’s hard as fug to do. It’s possible but so much harder. honestly our safest bet is staying put at 8, hoping one of the qbs is there and drafting one of them. If not just keep building the team up as much as possible and in two years moving up in the draft to get the guy we really want. I don’t like it. It’s gonna suck as a fan having a shitty qb but these trading moves are huge gambles that can backfire big time. dream scenario: Lance falls to 8. We cut teddy, bring in a cheap vet/mentor for Lance and bring him along at a good pace and hope he’s a beast while building up the team around him. If down the road we know he isn’t working out we still have a team built up and can keep going after a franchise qb.
  4. For sure. I remember people telling me I was crazy when I said Odell was the best wr in the 2014 class and we should move up to get him because he was gonna be a superstar. That’s when we desperately needed talented wr’s for Cam. We ended up staying put and drafting Kelvin. So I am willing to trade up for talented players but I just wouldn’t do it for Lance. His bust rate is too high for me. I would take him at 8 though. One top ten pick mistake won’t fug you over too bad, two top ten mistakes (we’ll probably be drafting top ten next year if we don’t have a qb) and a high second rounder AND a bust qb would be very bad for our future. it’s also why I’m cool with trading picks for Watson. He is known top 5 elite caliber player.
  5. It makes me nervous too and I’m a huge fan of his. He just has a super high risk of busting because he’s so raw. And that’s a lot to give up on a gamble. And he is more of a gamble than the others. It’s his potential that is so enticing. as far as who you’re getting as a person there is no one better in this draft than Trey Lance. He would absolutely give everything he has to be the best he could be for this org.
  6. We save 8 million by cutting him then 21 million the season after as others have said. I’d bring in another cheap vet to mentor/start over keeping teddy. Just depends on price. Would not give up draft picks at all. So it does make sense if it works out. If we can’t go that route then keep him.
  7. Draft pick, someone of the caliber of Mitch T. who is a FA who maybe didn’t play to potential because of coaching and the org, then a third qb who is raw but has good traits that could possibly be coached up. Teddy is who he is, the org poo all over him this offseason. We need a new group going forward.
  8. I’m not sure how I would feel if I was a long time Bucs fan and you essentially bought a Super Bowl win. I get some people wouldn’t care but I honestly don’t know how I would feel about seeing Tom Brady in your favorite teams uniform hoisting a Lombardi. Would be weird.
  9. The QB room needs to be completely revamped that means bye teddy. Bring in talented guys to compete.
  10. Yeah. Jokes aside it’s a really cool show. He was a guest judge and amateur glass blower himself lol
  11. Weatherly was on that Blown Away show on Netflix for a glass blowing competition. It was random as hell.
  12. If we don’t franchise tag or sign moton I wouldn’t dare put a high draft pick behind this line. I wouldn’t even with moton but without moton it’s a definite no.
  13. They’re definitely important and I don’t think anyone would say differently. Chiefs didn’t have their all pro right tackle and pro bowl left tackle. We don’t need elite line play we need solid play. Mahomes barely got time in that pocket and they kill teams with those deep passes. He looked like he was back at Texas tech running around playing backyard football. It was ugly. His receivers didn’t help the situation.
  14. They really did though. The refs set the tone for the game in the first half. KC not having their two starting tackles with Mike Remmers as the starting LT and it’s a recipe for disaster. Tampa’s defense is good, but they are not some historically elite super bowl championship level.
  15. Having both your starting tackles out loses championships. Oh and the refs in the first half.
  16. Mahomes can’t do anything more than he’s doing right now.
  17. Is Brady suppose to retire after this season?
  18. siouxsie and the banshees cover...nice
  19. poo everyone is talking about it not just players
  20. When the refs aren’t calling a fair game I’d be getting furious too
  21. They won’t do poo but yeah it’s that bad
