Anyone left who does not believe in Bryce ?
*FreeFua* replied to Frank9999's topic in Carolina Panthers
Post benching he was 4-6 and should’ve had wins against Tampa at home and in Philly. We should’ve gone 6-4 in our final 10 thanks to Young Theres also the KC game that again wasn’t his fault and Young should’ve had a crack at it in OT All of this with a historically (actually) bad defense and a bunch of JAG’s at WR -
So Carter will be 100% off the board come pick 8. He very well could go before Hunter I think Graham and Walker are both very likely gone now as well Would love to add Tyler Warren but people will flip if we take him at 8. I feel like he’s going to be a good dependable TE for a long time though
-
I just can’t get on the Mykel hype train. He’s so damn stiff looking. Always somehow standing upright Mel Kiper and Field Yates did a mock today and had Walker going 7 to the Jets I really think Walker and Carter are both gone by 8

I’ve said it before but I feel like that shoulder injury that happened against Arkansas did something to his arm prior to this season If you watch his high school highlights and his college highlights pre Arkansas injury (final year) his arm looks different. His arm in high school legitimately looked better than it did last season This season though his arm looked better than ever. Bryce threw a fastball to Chuba who was lined up out wide against KC or NO can’t remember that caught me by surprise. Caught Chuba by surprise too because it bounced off his hands. Than that TD to Thielen against TB. Young just flicked that thing 50 yards with air under it. Bryce hardly stepped into it.

Lots of time between now and the draft. Most mocks are very similar but how do you see the top 7 playing out Obviously there’s the 2 QB’s: Cam Ward and Shadeur Sanders. We want both to go in the top 7 Unicorn: Travis Hunter Defensive prospects: Mason Graham, Abdul Carter, Jalon Walker, Will Johnson, Malaki Starks, Mykel Williams Offensive prospects: Kelvin Banks, Will Campbell, Tetairoa McMillan, Luther Burden, Ashton Jeanty, Colston Loveland, Tyler Warren Tennessee (for sure) and 1 of Cleveland/NYG are probably going QB Titans: Cam Ward Browns: QB? Either Sanders or Hunter. Giants: Depends on Browns. Take who Browns don’t between Sanders and Hunter Pats: Banks? They need to protect Maye but they could opt for a WR (McMillan). Similar to the Chase/Sewell debate in Cincy a few years back although neither Banks or McMillan are on the same level Jags: Kind of a wild card with a new coach coming in. Mason Graham between Josh Allen and Travon Walker would be quite the DL Raiders: If they move Crosby maybe they take Carter? Tyree Wilson doesn’t seem to be what they had hoped. This team needs talent in a similar way we do Jets: I could see Jalon Walker going here tbh. Add Walker into a front with McDonald and Williams. Will Johnson and Sauce would instantly become the best 1-2 CB duo in the league. ——————————— This draft is going to be a hard one to predict So let’s say Ward, Sanders, Hunter, McMillan, Graham, Carter and Walker are the first 7 off the board Who are you taking at 8?
-
Garrett Wilson would be WR1 in this class and quite frankly it’s not even close
-
It would take pick 8 And given I want Luther Burden at 8 I’d be willing to send it for a legit WR1 in Wilson Young and Wilson could play together for the next 10 years
-
Evero would probably use him a lot like he did Luvu
-
I saw that tweet too and given all the needy QB teams up top I’d have a tough time believing he wouldn’t go top 3
-
It’ll be very interesting to see how the draft falls Do the Raiders reach for a QB? If Allar would declare he’d 100% go top 7 Abdul Carter, Jalon Walker, James Pearce would all make immediate impacts in terms of pass rush Mason Graham doesn’t really fit but he’s a good football player Will Johnson and Malaki Starks are both going to be really good players for a long time in this league And on offense if you want a playmaker you take Luther Burden
-
I’m glad someone finally said it. Graham scares me because of this
-
Jalon Walker is more Micah Parsons than Abdul Carter is

Minkah and Derwin went 11th and 17th Starks belong in with all these guys like Hamilton, Minkah and Derwin They’re all very good athletes with high football IQ’s
-
No thanks on Williams
-
High IQ kid that can play deep and in the slot Obviously we need pass rush help or our secondary doesn’t stand a chance but I’m looking at 2026 as our first competitive year. I don’t want to take a pass rusher just for the sake of taking one. Starks will most likely be the best football player on the board at our pick. Would be Evero’s new Justin Simmons
-
now that we’re keeping Evero I think Starks is a VERY real possibility
-
I mentioned him earlier. He’ll be a riser throughout this process
-
QBR 62.1 Zero easy completions behind LOS. Zero run game. Bryce was good
-
I think Dan will look to make a trade instead of throwing the bag at Higgins Metcalf could become available Depending on how the Eagles season finishes I wouldn’t be surprised to see AJ or DeVonta wanting out We are in dire need of playmakers Colston Loveland/Luther Burden will for sure be names they discuss in draft

The Carolina Reaper: Bryce Young's Best Game
*FreeFua* replied to mav1234's topic in Carolina Panthers
Kinda what Pete would do with Russ -
Ward Sanders Hunter McMillan Graham Johnson Carter The first 7 likely taken off the board. After that it’s a wildcard and teams boards will be all over the place Walker, Starks, Burden, Pearce, Nolen, Scurton Ideally one of the tackles sneaks into the first 7 pushing one of these guys down to 8 for us

As soon as the Saints SOS is updated after the Rams loss gets added we’ll know
-
@Growl So .002 might be a thing @tukafan21 we’ll give back the .002 after the Cards win. Jets will gain another .002 after Rams lose. So it’ll come down to the Vikings game. We need Minnesota to win.
