Tepper himself made it known that he walks through the office making his opinion heard to everyone. That's not something you do if you're not involved in the decision making. Coaches meetings every Monday for updates and input. Even Frank said he's in win now mentality and everything he does reflects that attitude clearly. Do I think he's making every decision? Of course not. Do I think he's involved in the major ones? You bet your ass he is.

Because after watching BY last year, there is no way anyone in their right mind could say he performed at NFL starter level, and we brought in no one to challenge that position. We have the most expensive line in the league that can't solve the fact our QB decided to chill and unplug after having a Pickles level campaign. It's never been about winning. It's been about supporting Cosplay Dave in proving he was right about being able to apply his wall street analytics to NfL football.

No. He's NFL old and he hasn't been much to even mildly offer a chance at winning. Play Plummer, see what he has in live action. Maybe he's OK, maybe not. If not, move on from all of them. I'm sure there's a practice squad QB somewhere with more of a live arm than we have now.

AR was my QB pick but only with the right coach, not Reich. But he was also a sit for at least a year to get him to NFL ready. I think a lot of these QBs just arent ready to be the starter and fans and the league have unreal expectations.

Realistically what options could he force them to consider? Tepper doesn't know football. That's like me giving advice to a heart surgeon on the best way to operate. You have to know your limitations and by all indicators we've seen, Dave does not.
